Mindset Transformation Package

 For life long weight loss success

This is a 12 week package with 6 x 75 minute coaching session every other week either face to face or on Zoom. 

You would have me on speed dial Monday to Friday during the whole 12 weeks with regular contact and lots of help, support and encouragement. 

Price: £500

During our 12 weeks we will work together to identify your self sabotage traps and uncover those deeper rooted unconscious behaviours that are holding you back from the success you really want as a slimmer.

I will guide you through a range of techniques to help you explore your relationship with food, to uncover your habits, strategies and behaviours. Once you have identified what you would like to work on I will tailor more tools and techniques to help you to reprogram and install new positive strategies and behaviours to replace those old ones moving forward.

Bi Monthly Workshops

These 2 hour sessions run every in January, March, May, July, September and November and are limited to 10 attendees. 

They run at Larder Coffee Shop in Norbreck, on the Fylde Coast, from 7-9pm with a free hot drink included. 

The workshops are designed to go deeper than the weekly group sessions and will cover different topics every time, usually seasonal. 

With only 10 attendees they are real value for money as the intimate gathering allows lots of openness and sharing with the time to give everyone all that they need from the evening. 

Price: £35 (£28 for members of Reset Weight Loss)

Reset Weight Loss

In person membership: 

My in person groups run every Tuesday evening in Poulton at The United Reformed Church on Tithebarn Street, FY6 7BX at 6pm and every Friday morning in Cleveleys at St Andrews Church off Rough Lea Road, FY5 1DP at 9am.

In person group membership – £5.50 a week or book 6 weeks and pay for 5. With this you can only access the in person groups.

What can you expect when you join one of my groups?

When you walk through the door you’ll see the new members area. This is where we will spend half an hour together while existing members grab a brew, jump on the scales (if they want too!) & catch up with each other. During our half hour together I’ll give you a full introduction to what Reset is all about including talking you through my BRAND NEW Balanced Energy Plan – for those who need to focus on the weekly wins of weight loss whilst working on the bigger wins of changing their habits and behaviours long term! Then we’ll join the rest of the group for the group session. 

We always start off celebrating any wins from the week. This is your chance to celebrate you & shout about anything you are proud of. It could be a weight loss, a great decision, a shift in your mindset, anything! 

Then I check in to see if anyone has any questions about the training from the week before and how they have implemented it & how it’s working for them. 

Then we move onto a topic. We don’t go round the room, interaction is as much or as little as you want it to be. My aim is to educate & plant the seeds that members will then go away & water which will then grow into life changing results! 

I like to keep the trainings to 30 mins maximum as sometimes it’s a lot to take in! And I don’t want to overload or overwhelm my members! It’s all bitesize & manageable. 

At the end of the training I make sure everyone is ok & answer any questions. 

We finish by asking if anyone would like any accountability for the week ahead. If you do great, I’ll hold you to it! If you don’t that’s absolutely fine too. It’s all optional!

Monthly Online Membership:

My monthly online membership give you the option of two Zoom sessions a week so you can join us from anywhere in the world! They run on Tuesday evenings at 8pm and Thursday mornings at 10am.

The online membership follows a very similar format to the in person groups except that when you join, you and I will meet half a hour before the scheduled meeting start time for the new members talk before the rest of the group joins us for the session.

Monthly membership – £25. For this you can access any in person group meeting but also either of the Zoom sessions and if you can’t make any you don’t miss any content because you can watch a video recap of the session in the monthly membership Facebook group. This also brings the weekly fee down to £4.80.
