Mindset Transformation Package

I am offering a package of 6 75-minute sessions spread over 12 weeks (so every other week)

Price: £500

This is where we will work together over a 12 week period identifying your self sabotage traps and uncovering those deeper rooted unconscious behaviours that are holding you back from the success you really want as a slimmer.

I have a range of techniques that will help you to uncover for yourself and learn about recent and past behaviours. Once you have identified what you would like to work on I will use more tools and techniques to help you to reprogram and install new strategies and behaviours to replace those old ones moving forward. Giving you all the power to make the lifelong changes.

We would meet every other week giving you time in between our sessions to go away and digest and work on all the fascinating things you discover about yourself.

Group Program

My next group program will launch in October. This will be an in person program and will be a series of 6 consecutive sessions of 2 hours a week, all focusing on a different aspect of the psychology of weight loss. Payment plans are available. Contact me for more information.

Monthly Membership

The Mind Body Transformation Hub is a private members only group. It includes a weekly Zoom session with other members either on a Tuesday evening at 7pm or a Thursday morning at 10am, access to the private members only Facebook group, a monthly coffee and chat (currently on Zoom), a weekly Q&A thread within the members group, regular newsletters and a discount on my 121 sessions.
