When you walk through the door you’ll see the new members area. This is where we will spend half an hour together while existing members grab a brew, jump on the scales (if they want too!) & catch up with each other. During our half hour together I’ll give you a full introduction to what Reset is all about including talking you through my BRAND NEW Balanced Energy Plan – for those who need to focus on the weekly wins of weight loss whilst working on the bigger wins of changing their habits and behaviours long term! Then we’ll join the rest of the group for the group session.
We always start off celebrating any wins from the week. This is your chance to celebrate you & shout about anything you are proud of. It could be a weight loss, a great decision, a shift in your mindset, anything!
Then I check in to see if anyone has any questions about the training from the week before and how they have implemented it & how it’s working for them.
Then we move onto a topic. We don’t go round the room, interaction is as much or as little as you want it to be. My aim is to educate & plant the seeds that members will then go away & water which will then grow into life changing results!
I like to keep the trainings to 30 mins maximum as sometimes it’s a lot to take in! And I don’t want to overload or overwhelm my members! It’s all bitesize & manageable.
At the end of the training I make sure everyone is ok & answer any questions.
We finish by asking if anyone would like any accountability for the week ahead. If you do great, I’ll hold you to it! If you don’t that’s absolutely fine too. It’s all optional!
